Yes, we offer free estimates. Izzy prefers to see the job in person to give you accurate pricing and make sure nothing gets overlooked.

Yes. We’re fully licensed and carry general liability insurance. Our NYC Home Improvement Contractor License number is 2122010-DCWP.
If your building requires it, we’re happy to provide a Certificate of Insurance (COI) upon request. -
When you hire Izzy, you actually get Izzy. He’s on site every day and makes sure that the job is done well and on time.
We’re a small, local business, but Izzy brings over 25 years of experience working in NYC. He knows the industry, understands how to move through the city’s red tape, and makes sure that his clients are always satisfied. -

We’re a dog-loving duo (Izzy and Heidi) and named the company after our sassy and dramatic chihuahuas. They’re the real bosses. But the name also stands for how we approach the work: with leadership, reliability, and the confidence to take charge and get the job done right. It’s a mix of who we are at home and how we show up on the job.

To reserve your start date and order materials, we’ll need your deposit to clear first.
